What is this?
A tiny build system in a web page. It wraps a game in its own Android app: no emulator menus, no ROM browser, just an icon that opens the game with an on-screen controller. Physical gamepads work too.
One PlayStation game, one Android app.
Drop a .chd file, pick a name and an icon, and download an Android app that boots straight into the game. Everything happens right here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
This page ships no games. You need the game as a .chd disc image, one file per game. Disc images of PS1 games are widely shared online: search Google for “PS1 ROMs” and look for the .chd version of the game you want. Whether downloading one is legal depends on where you live and whether you own the game. If you have the original disc, convert it yourself.

One .chd file per app. It stays on this device.
Drop an image here or choose one. Optional; a square image works best.
By default the app uses the emulator's built-in BIOS emulation, so no BIOS file is needed. If a game refuses to boot or misbehaves, add a real PlayStation BIOS (for example scph1001.bin, 512 KB) and the app will use it instead.

There is no server behind this page. Your disc image is read, packed and signed entirely in your browser. No uploads, no accounts, no analytics. You can even go offline once the page has loaded.
The page and the Android app are free software under the GPL-3.0. Read the code, check what it does, host your own copy. Source code
A .chd is a compressed CD image. If you own the disc, dump it to bin/cue with any CD ripping tool, then convert it with chdman, which comes with MAME. The same command converts a bin/cue you already have:
chdman createcd -i "Game.cue" -o "Game.chd"
The generated APK contains the open-source PCSX-ReARMed emulator core, a small player app and your disc image. Each game becomes a separate app with its own memory card, so build as many as you like. Rebuilding the same disc later gives the same app identity, so installing the new APK over the old one keeps your saves.
Every APK is signed with a key that ships with this page. That is what lets any phone install it without you needing developer tools, and it is also why Android calls the developer “unknown”.
